We Do
Our services include design, engineering, manufacturing and erection of traditional
timber frames. We saw our locally supplied logs
in-house. We use both hand and electric tools to create traditional
mortise and tenon joinery. A planed or rough timber surface
is available. A natural oil finish is applied prior to shipping
to the site for erection.
We are certified to grade softwood
lumber in the areas of post and timber/beam and
stringer In accordance with the National Lumber
Grading Authority Standard Grading rules. Miramichi
Timber Frames is a member of the Maritime Lumber

We produce custom orders of kiln-dried
lumber, tongue and groove V-matched boards, siding,
and plank flooring of various widths and lengths.
Miramichi Timber Frames is approved
for participation in the Canadian Wood Packaging
Certification Program. The allows us to produce
wood packaging that meets European Unions Import
requirements for non-manufactured coniferous wood
packaging used to transport any commodity exported

We produce insulating panels
comprised of Oriented Strand Board (OSB)
and polystyrene insulation to
meet standard insulating requirements. Window
and door openings and electrical conduits are
completed in each panel before it leaves the
shop.
